Through this blog, we aim to highlight its strengths, point out its challenges, and explore the efforts our judiciary is making to address these issues. We also believe that some of these challenges require collective action, and through this platform, we encourage citizens to take the necessary steps to advocate for justice and reform.

At NyayTantra, our goal goes beyond just sharing knowledge. We aim to bridge the gap between the legal system and the public by shedding light on crucial social issues. We want to empower you with the understanding needed to engage in conversations that matter—questions that have, for too long, remained unanswered for many citizens.

Our mission is to ensure that the general public gains a better understanding of the criminal justice system, empowering them to stand against injustice and exploitation. Through our shared knowledge, we hope you, your friends, and your community will feel confident in challenging false accusations and fighting for justice. 3. Consumer Rights & Consumer Protection – Providing guidance on consumer rights and how to seek justice under the Consumer Protection Act.
4. Accountability of Public Institutions – Ensuring public institutions are held accountable for their responsibilities toward citizens.
5. Victim-Side Support – Raising awareness about the legal rights of victims of crimes, fraud, and exploitation.
6. Cybercrime Support for Victims – Offering resources and legal support to those affected by online fraud, identity theft, and other cybercrimes.
7. Providing Legal Aid – Assisting individuals in need by offering access to legal aid through our helplines.
