This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel or seek a refund for a service purchased through our platform. The online booking service is designed solely to facilitate genuine individuals who voluntarily reach out to NyayTantra Advocates and Associates to discuss their legal queries. This service ensures productive engagement by respecting both the individual’s queries and the Advocate’s time. It is expressly clarified that NyayTantra Advocates and Associates do not engage in solicitation or advertising, as per the rules of the Bar Council of India.
1. Cancellations
1.1. Cancellations are applicable only and exclusively for the online scheduling of conference calls with our Advocates. This policy does not apply to physical meetings or meetings booked directly through any other mode.
1.2. A cancellation request will be considered valid if:
- It is submitted within 1 day of placing the online request.
- The timing slot for the conference call has not yet been confirmed.
1.3. Cancellation requests will not be entertained if:
- The timing slot for seeking advice from the Advocate has already been confirmed; OR
- You fail to attend the conference call at the scheduled time slot.
1.4. If you choose to cancel at your own discretion, 10% of the total fee or ₹500 (whichever is higher) will be deducted as administrative charges before processing the refund.
2. Cancellations by NyayTantra Advocates and Associates
2.1. If NyayTantra Advocates and Associates cancel a scheduled conference call due to unforeseen circumstances and you are unavailable for rescheduling, the fee paid for the service will be refunded in full.
3. Refund Process
3.1. If a refund is approved by NyayTantra Advocates and Associates, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited within 7 days to the original payment method used during the transaction from the date of approval.
3.2. All refunds are subject to verification of the circumstances leading to the cancellation.
4. General Terms
4.1. This policy applies only to services provided through the NyayTantra Advocates and Associates platform and does not extend to third-party services or resources linked from our website.
4.2. By booking any service, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and without any solicitation, as per the rules of the Bar Council of India.
